RESEARCH
The National Center for Gene Research (NCGR) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is now focused on rice genome re-sequencing for genotyping, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to identify common genetic factors, comparative genome and transcriptome analysis of indica and japonica, and rice functional genomics as well.
