What kind of clone resources we have
NCGR provides two sets of BAC clones (rice japonica Nipponbare BAC clones and indica Guangluai-4 BAC clones), and we also provide full-length cDNA clones of Guangluai-4 and bamboo.

How to query the sequences
You can get the accession numbers by searching your sequences against NCBI nrDB using BLASTn. Also, you can visit our corresponding website.

How to request biological materials
For users, click the “Material Release Agreement-BAC” or the “Material Release Agreement-cDNA” link here. Make sure that the accession number and clone name match, and fill in the blanks with suitable words.

Method of payment
Payment can be made by BANK TRASFER only.  We will send an INVOICE with the details for remittance. Payment can be made in US dollar. Please pay all the necessary bank charges and re-routing fees if necessary.
